I've known Ian for a few years.
Half of his life, in fact.
You see, Ian was one of my students.
That was my first year as a teacher.
That first year seems a lifetime ago...
I'll never forget his captivating grin and eternal optimism.
He's grown into a fine young man.
How time flies.
These are awesome Jase. What a cute kid.
ReplyDeleteAw, he grew up to be so cute! I'm sure the ladies will be all up ons.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures and excellent portraits, I like, great B & W. Greetings.
ReplyDeleteLove the mother & son pic and the rest are really nice, but that second to the last one just really grabbed me. You've definitely got skills, TF.
ReplyDeleteTeachers get that rare opportunity to Watch their students grow up.
ReplyDeleteWhen my son Matthew died...his 3rd grade teacher (who kinda remained a friend of mine) contacted us.
Once again! A fabulous photo shoot!
ReplyDeleteIan is forever a sweet little first grader in MY mind...amazing how you can look at the adult but still see the child that you knew...
ReplyDeleteLove the last golden photograph.
ReplyDeleteWow. I'm just now seeing this post (a little behind in my reader feed). Ok...a lot.
ReplyDeleteAnyways, it's crazy to see Ian grown to be a a young man. Time does fly.
