This commercial was originally created by Pepsi for their new campaign, Refresh Your World. Their main purpose was to help enable youth to make a positive change in the world. It not only has 16 global artists and 6 soccer superstars, but also Akon and Keri Hilson.
This, my friends, is art.
Awesome video! My only disappointment is that no female soccer stars were enlisted. Mia Hamm could have rocked it royally. :) But... still a vibrant thing to watch. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI just finished a book about an African woman who was kidnapped and sold into slavery. Her life story and her yearning to return back to her Africa. Makes this all the more poignant.

There is a booth at the farmer's market. It is some young men from Africa selling some very colorful cloths to wear. You know me. COLOR! I'm there. I bought one. These boys are a kick. There are a few booths there from Africa. Very cool stuff.
