When I first heard this song at a live Moose Butter concert I was amazed. It had me rolling with laughter (along with the rest of the audience). As I was talking to a friend of mine tonight, I remembered this song I hadn’t heard in a few years.

While searching the vaults of YouTube, I stumbled across a lip sync/tribute version of the song. It was the best version I could find, and so I share it with you forthwith.

Don LaFontaine-like voice-over

Pin It It was at my “Christmas in September” party last night that we watched a commercial with Don LaFontaine (the movie voice-over guy). After the video was over, a few people commented with things like, “Teachinfourth, you could do that…you’ve got a good voice.”

Well, I decided to give it a crack.

I downloaded a copy of the trailer of The Dark Knight and added in a voice-over. This was mostly just to see how well (or not well) I could do it. I started off pretty serious, and then slowly degenerated...

Pin It I am always on the lookout for a good song. One which I can add to my collection of favorite music. Every once and again though, I ‘rediscover’ a song I hadn’t heard in awhile. This is one of those songs which will always be up there on the list of timeless classics.



Fitting tribute as well to those who lost their lives on the Edmund Fitzgerald.
