Dear Teachinfourth,

Pin It I have recently been reading your blog and have enjoyed them for the most part. However, I would like it if you were to write more stories with humor in them. Stories from the heart are fine as well. Please just be sure that they are not too long. I find your blogs much more interesting if I don't have to read a whole lot.

Sincerely,

Masked

Okay, this isn't exactly the message I received, but it is very close. So, my question is this...what do you want to hear about? If I get no comments, I'll know that there is nothing you want me to write about. That, or you have too many good TV shows to watch to be bothered with things like reading...

I am far less particular or demanding. I like to read all of your posts.

You tell us a little bit about your family. You tell us a lot about your professional life............how come we never hear about your personal life? Like the personal love kind of life? :)

I always love the "juicy" love life stuff.. but I also understand that is a VERY personal side to people. Something that is better kept to either yourself or to VERY good friends and not on such a public blog as this is.

I enjoy watching this person emerge from the words on a page. It's fun... I felt like you were already a friend even before I met you. I know you MUCH better online than I do IRL.

I must say that my favorite stories I hear from anyone are about their childhood. It is the events that we experienced in our youth that form the adults we are today.

I would really like it if you wrote about your really awesome friend Shayla! I hear she's great!

I like what you write about. I like to see what you come up with.

Long, short, stories, poetry, real life happenings, music - I'll read it all. I'm with Meg - it's your blog!
But I bet you'd be really SUPER DUPER popular if you posted your Chunk-a-poo recipe. Just something to consider.

(How about if I double-dog dare you to post it, would that help?)

The stories you share from when you were a kid are always fun...and share some dirt on how setting up your own business is going

J&J - Groovy. Thanks for sticking with me.

ME - Soon...perhaps. I do like to keep a little mystery in my life, you know? Otherwise I'd be TOTALLY predictable.

FS - Yeah, there are certain things/stalker girls I'll blog about, but the really personal stuff is a bit too personal for the web, to be honest. Sometimes I am amazed at some of the stuff I post online. Some stuff will never make it to the web.

I have a few more 'childhood' memories I would like to blog about, but those are so intense that I'd need to really take my time on them, you know?

Meg - That's the beauty of the blog, isn't it?

I guess if somebody doesn't like what's being written, they're not being forced to read it.

Shay-Shay - I bet I could embarrass her...

Gerb - Hmmm...if I remember rightly, the last time somebody was dared like that it ended up with his tongue stuck on a flagpole and the fire department had to come save the day...

Shoe - I need to. Unfortunately, I'm so slammed right now...maybe I'll need to write about what a procrastinator I am.

GG - Good point.

Kris - I'm just glad that you keep on coming back each day.

KJ - Thanks. Keep coming back, okay?

Bee - I'll do so. I'm glad you come by too...

Uncle D - I'll keep up with it then...

I'm a fan, no matter what you write about.

But, if you are looking for ideas, blogging about others is always fun. For instance, that girl, Shayla, seems really cool.

my personal answer would have been a finger in the upright position...or a friendly tell someone who cares....but that's just me. on that note, maybe you should blog about soarin' and flyin' or why it's the most horrid songs that get stuck in your head (see the relation there eh.) or maybe you could just start random rumors about people you know--i know i would find that humorous but only if they're short rumors.

Well that is a funny email. Thanks for finally posting something funny!!!

I enjoy the posts that specifically talk about your adventures and misadventures of daily living. Daily living isn't always funny. It can be downright discouraging at times. I enjoy reading your insights and your personal experiences; whether they are funny or not.

Life's memories aren't always short. Keep on writing. The more detail the better. After all, it's your adventure to share.
