A few years ago - and a school ago - I worked with students making short films. They were to write, direct, act in, and edit each of the films. This particular little movie was one of my favorites.
And yes, in every movie I was the Teacher, Mr. Jorgensen.
Talk about typecasting...

The "Karate Kid" move was classic.
That was cute. Fun seeing these boys 'then' and how big they are today!!
I didn't see that ending coming at all so I'd have to give this project a solid A++++!
That was pretty good! I amazed at how talented kids can be.
I was cracking up he whole time at that kid carrying around that giant boombox! Ha Ha But then it was part of the ending - excellent!
Okay... I have to admit I laughed at the end... and a few places before that. Your former students had a few acting chops.
(You know, that Mr. Jorgensen guy looked awfully familiar... Oh wait, you said some famous teacher had a small cameo... lol)
Thanks for sharing. It left me with a smile.
A cassette tape?! Really?! Was it THAT long ago??
Ha - I'd forgotten this video - it's super cute. But I have to admit, my favorite part was just seeing all the "SSV" shots - made me nostalgic. :)
How fun! I loved the montage of all of the movies. No wonder it is one of your favorites.
This totally made me smile.
