Media of the Week - John Lewis

Pin It Words are not really necessary - in fact - they tend to get in the way most times. So, without going into unnecessary detail, I am sharing this because it is simply amazing.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do...

The next month will hold much in store for our family... running the entire gamut of this clip, and even beyond. It really does go that quickly.

Thanks for sharing.

That was good.

Time really does seem to go by that fast sometimes.

I don't know who "John Lewis" is but they did something cool. That was a lot of fun to watch.

You are right...that was amazing! It made all the emotions surface that I've been feeling about my oldest graduating...but at the same time made me excited for all that is to come. Beautiful!

Very cool. Life goes by way too fast. I look at my boys and try and remind myself of that every day.

G - When I found it, I knew that I just had to share it.

C - Isn't that the truth?

T - I also love that version of the song…maybe more so than the original.

FS - They are a retailer. However, you're right…the commercial is awesome!

J - Amen, sister.

N - I bet I watched it at least that many times in a row…it really speaks to the heart, doesn't it?

C - Doesn't it just seem like yesterday that you were in elementary school? It does for me…wait, I guess that doesn't count because I'm a teacher.

C - Wayne Watson wrote a song a few years ago called 'Watercolor Ponies' which relays some of the same sentiment…that one day the watercolor ponies on the refrigerator door will ride away.

M - I love how the commercial also shows some hard times, not just the good stuff…after all, that's what life really is made of.
