The call

Pin It I drove.

The open road was beckoning to me.

I heeded its call.

To fields of sunset-drenched wheat…

Warm summer winds blowing away my frustrations…

A Cannon Mark II camera…

Biting red ants climbing on my legs in the long grass on the roadside.

…euphoria.

I love it. Sometimes all you need is you and your camera and all is well.

J - Even they weren't too bad.

M - Life is getting better...much better.

C - We all have those little moments, don't we?

D - They turned out well; I found myself much pleased.

J - I did done got it, yep.

A - I am now here; however, home is where you hang your heart, right? If that be the case, I'll see if they have any extra hearts at DI...

G - Just a breath or two.

S - True enough!

L - When I saw the way it was glinting off of the fields I just had to stop. You're right about the ants though, they could have been elsewhere and I'd have still been happy about it.
