The Forgotten Photos - Shadow and Light

I got busy last summer and never looked through the photos of my journey to the Redwood Forest. These are just a few of the images of light and shadow from the sojourn to - and while at - this majestic place.

I should also probably mention that I'm guest posting over at Laugh out Loud today...

I love the closer shot of the deer (that is a deer right? if not the deer, elk, whatever it is.) the antlers look like they are glowing, it's beautiful. I also really love the first photo of the tree in the field, gorgeous.

These pictures of course I love. There's just that certain feeling in capturing natural light.

Whenever I look through your photos, I sit and think about places in my home I would like to hang different ones. Compliment? Oh, I think so!

Kinda dumbfounded, just wow, gorgeous, beautiful! Some of these on canvas and hung grouped together would look so amazing.

My favorite is the 5th one down. The Redwoods are an awesome place to be and an even more awesome place to photograph.
Very nice.

I am so glad you remembered these and so sad it has taken me so long to get here to see them. They are definitely worth the wait. Simply amazing. I think I might have a new favorite or three.

Stunning.

And a good reminder that I really need to take a drive up north. It's been far too long since I've visited the Redwoods.
