I was recently introduced to Boyce Avenue's cover of Tracy Chapman's Fast Car by a fellow blogger, Carly.
And then I found this other little gem by the same group that I enjoyed quite a bit...

This song brought back memories.. I like this rendition, somehow a male voice fits pretty well..but it will always be Chapman's signature song.
'Give Me One Reason' was playing overhead at Macey's the last time I was there with Thumbelina. I was singing along and she remarked that I could hit the same notes as 'the guy who's singing'. She didn't believe me when I told her Tracy Chapman was a female singer - I had to prove it via YouTube once we got home.
Anyway, random story - but great music.
I suddenly feel old now.

Be careful....posting too many youtube videos....could become a potential problem. Maybe even an addiction, from which I'm currently recovering LOL.

I've always found it ironic that the song "Fast Cars" is so slow.
These Boyce Avenue guys are pretty awesome, though.
