You must be like a kid in a candy store at B&H.

Love all the shots. I was suppose to be in NY next week so I'm living vicariously thru you right now.

Man o man! What I wouldn't give to go back to New York. I've been there twice. I loved it!! Your a lucky man, plus I love all your latest NYC pics.

I also wanted to say thanks for sending me the blog link about your dog. It helped....

Plus I wanted to make mention of all of your latest fall photography sessions....they're' AWESOME (as always).

See now I squished everything I wanted to say in one comment LOL :) Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Lucky! Thanks for taking all the pictures so I can "kind of" feel like I've been there. Are you going to the Macy's Parade?

Oh, how I LOVE the busyness (?sp) and hustle and bustle of NY! These shots with the blurred (I can't think of a better term) images of people and cars captures that fantastically! Keep enjoying your trip and keep taking pictures, please. Pretty please, with Reeses PB cups on top!

BTW- I think you're glad to be there. Am I right? ;)

I love the shot of you at the Woodside Station.

Hope you're having fun, enjoying the nice autumn weather while we sit here tonight in a blizzard (seriously, we're supposed to be dumped on from about 3pm until sometime tomorrow!) A little sister up North decided she didn't want to keep all her "foot deep" drifts to herself and is sending some our way!

It's almost like I'm there.

And I wish I was! (Or is it wish I were? - tell me teach, which is it??)

You sure it was midnight in your brother's living room? It looked too light outside the windows....
Curious if we will be seeing pictures of the Macey's Thanksgiving Day parade on Thursday :o/

Wow! It feels like I was right there with you!

I love, love, love NY!

I am amazed that you walked in the same spot as Tom Hanks. That is hallowed ground.

You're really there! Awesome pictures of the Big Apple!

Love the pictures and yes, I want to know if you are going to the Macy's Parade also? Please do, I want some cool photos to look at!

Glad you guys enjoyed the photos…it is hallowed ground where Tom Hanks has walked.

I went to Cafe Lalo, too…sat right next to where Tom Hanks sat.

I'm cool like that.

I don't know if I'll make it to the parade or not.

Great photos.

Teachinfourth, I gotta say...I'm kind of jealous!

B&H is EXPENSIVE. Full price for most of their stuff. You should go check out JnR
23 Park Row
New York, NY 10038
(across from City Hall Park)
Phone: 1-212-238-9000

Music, Computers, Cameras. We've ordered several items from them over the years. They also have a price match guarantee and possibly even a slight decrease in price if you buy it from them.

If you check out their website (jnr.com)they have a section labeled "things to do in NY". I'm curious if the lense you were drooling over at B&H if it is the same price or cheaper and JnR.

Love this "photo post"--it tells a very cool story. Your photos are stellar and make me miss NYC.

And I adored B&H. Loved, loved, loved that place. Got stupid in it.

Awesome pictures. I would love New York in the fall or winter.

Maybe one day....

Teachinfourth, are you serious?

Please elaborate on your comment on my blog. You can't just leave it at "sorry..."!

Is it Ron?

Btw, I have a friend who is a waiter at the Olive Garden in Times Square! You should stop by and tell him hi from me. :)
