The pictures are truly phenomenal. You have a great eye for these things. I'm a huge fan of the run down and abandoned type pics. I connect with them a bit. :) Thanks for doing all the hard work for our enjoyment.
dude, u take some awesome shots... i especially love the ones from the ground...the perspective in those are amazing.. your lighting is spot on. i'm a sucker for silo and barn pics. the abandoned buildings give an eerie feel....which u seem to pick up in your photos...
K - I love to find places like this, too. I need to venture out a bit more in the future…
S - I love that shot, too. I stayed in this area for a little while until I could get all of the shots I wanted.
T - You'd have to come and get it.
N - There will be another part or two. No fear.
R - Good old "Uncle Rush" again? You have to admit that that was a cool movie poster…
PTM - Thanks, sir.
J - I think that in our own way, we're all a little run down and abandoned at times. Glad you like the images.
B - I was originally going to shoot some images of a water tower in front of the clouds, but I could see that old building a bit farther down the road. It was a much better shot.
D - There aren't trains down there? Whoa…(to quote Keanu Reeves).
C - I just posted one today…thanks for the reminder that I needed to be doing that.
C - Angle can make all of the difference in the world.
S - I love these as well. I only have about 5 of my pictures up in my home at a time…I really need to put more nails in the walls.
K - Thanks for looking (but you don't have to do it all day).
It seems as though you're on to me, Teachin Fourth! Blast! My evil plan of anonymity is foiled by my own foolish admissions. How could I be so careless!? ;)

I am green with envy right now. I have this great love of ghost towns/abandoned buildings. So jealous. Awesome pictures.
The one of the railroad tracks and the storm. Amazing. I love it. Them them all but that's my favorite. Looking forward to seeing the rest.
Wow.
Can you give me just a little of your talent?
The clouds in these are magnificent!
I'm glad this is named "Part 1" implying there are more parts to be enjoyed because I was definitely left wanting more.

These shots alone would make a superior framed collection for an office wall. Sheer perfection.
I could stare at these all day long. Amazing.
Those pictures are really nice. There is a lot of history in them.

Amazing! The clouds look ominous in several of them, ready to burst rain. I love the railroad photos.
Wow! You are really talented. I so wish I had an eye for photography. My husband is pretty good. But wow! You are awesome!!

N - They did…but off in the distance. I'm so glad that I stopped off for an hour in this little nothing town.
S - Thanks. It's a challenge and fun at the same time. Always a good combination.
J - Don't worry, your secret identity is safe with me. I'll never reveal who you really are; after all, superheroes need secrecy.
