On Halloween night I was invited to a friend’s haunted house to take come photos. When I got there I was blown away by the sheer ‘awesomeness’ of their home. I immediately began to take photos when the crowd would thin from time to time. Needless to say, this neighborhood was teeming with activity long after many others were ‘dead.’ It was solely due to the efforts of Gerb and her family.
These are a few of the images I particularly liked. I told Gerb that I wouldn’t ‘scoop’ her but I did give her copies of the photos 24 hours ago. She still hasn’t posted any of them so I feel an apt amount of time was allotted and now it is fair game for me to post a few of them.
I can’t wait to see what they have next year.

Okay, you have GOT to take me to Gerb's place next year....it looks AMAZING! I can see why their place is so popular at Halloween.
And Jase...I bow in awe of your spooktacular shots!
You did a great job capturing everything! You even got a few details I didn't even notice when I was there.
I hope you charged those people at least the going rate. Wouldn't want to make cheapskates out of them.
Shoe - It IS amazing. I can only take the credit for the photos, I had nothing to do with setting it all up (or taking it all down which I hear stretched into the wee hours of morning to avoid the rain and snow).
Nettle - Wasn't it amazing?
AB - It's always good to have a little something in the 'indebted' account, you know?
